First thing: Do the missions and quests. Pick up everything. Salvage or sell to merchant/trader.

Learn how to farm or run for more gold.

Or: Just go around begging and hope people will throw some coinage your way. Good luck!

PS. This question has been asked too many times in this forum. Expect a LOT of sarcastic replies.

Not entirely being flippant here, but leave town, there's more loot outside... get it. This technique has worked for me in the past, I've used it recently so as far as I know it hasn't been nerf-batted (unless it happened today while I was at work). Another technique to try, instead of buying stuff like crafting materials from merchants, pick them up too and keep them (so your shiny new armor doesnt cost 15k at Droks). Seriously tho, there are SO many ways to make money, just keep trying and you'll eventully stumble across one (researching will help the process go faster). Until that time, be proud... dont be begging in town.

Ok - here's a hint: try farming solo, experiment to find monsters you can kill solo and do so, more loot drops just for you since you dont have to split it with party members

Hehe, I just thought of a way to always be 'quick' when posting!

1. Click on the thread.
2. Post Quick Reply something quick, like : ZOMG OLD LOL
3. Edit in your long post.
4. Feel Superior to others.
5. Maybe slip in some extra comments before Savio locks the thread if topic is 'dumb'.

I hope this doesn't spread everywhere actually..

I've actually been trying to give folks as helpful answers as possible today, I gotta admit though, if you CAN dance in Lions Arch and haven't MASTERED the gather loot part of the game, you almost deserve some snide remarks... (good humored ones mebbe)
